摘要
旋转失速是燃气轮机运行中出现的气流非均匀不稳定流动的现象,当旋转失速发生时往往会使压气机出力减小耗功增大,同时伴随着轴承振动增加,使机组启动失败,严重时压气机发生喘振,极大的影响了燃气轮机的安全稳定运行。本文以三菱M701F4型燃气轮机为例,介绍了其启动过程中旋转失速产生的原因以及对策,避免燃气轮机在启动过程中发生旋转失速导致启动失败、损坏设备。
Rotational stall is the phenomenon of non-uniform and unstable flow of air flow in the operation of the gas turbine, when the rotation stall occurs, the compressor output will often be reduced and the power consumption will increase, and at the same time, the bearing vibration will increase, so that the unit starts to fail, and the compressor will be gasped when it is severe, which greatly affects the safe and stable operation of the gas turbine. This article introduces the causes and countermeasures of rotational stall during the start-up of the Mitsubishi M701F4 gas turbine, so as to avoid the failure of the start-up and damage to the equipment caused by the rotation stall of the gas turbine during the start-up process.
