成都市北河-沱江环境风险等级表征及风险防控

摘要 河流环境风险等级表征是将河流环境风险定量化的手段,可提高河流水环境风险防控的针对性,有助于降低流域突发水环境事件的发生概率,体现了生态环境部门对河流水环境管理的主动性,对维持或改善流域水环境质量起着十分重要的作用。本文以北河-沱江水系为例,开展环境风险排查与风险评估,对环境风险进行等级表征,进而有针对性地提出风险防控措施及能力建设建议。 The characterization of river environmental risk levels is a means of quantifying river environmental risks,which can improve the pertinence of river water environmental risk prevention and control, and help reduce the probability of sudden water environmental incidents in the river basin.The initiative of management plays a very important role in maintaining or improving the quality of water environment in the basin.Taking the Beihe-Tuojiang water system as an example,this paper conducts environmental risk investigation and risk assessment,characterizes environmental risks by grade,and then puts forward risk prevention and control measures and capacity building suggestions.
