摘要
本文针对铜阳极泥处理系统工艺流程中存在的设备配置不太合理、最初产品品质不理想等问题,通过理论与实际相结合,优化工艺流程,探索出较为适合“自身”的综合回收稀贵金属产品的工艺方案。优化后稀贵金属综合回收系统的金银回收率98.5%以上,金直收率92.5%以上,银直收率94.5%以上,金品位达到99.99%以上,银品位达到99.99%以上。
In view of the copper anode mud treatment system process of the equipment configuration is not reasonable, the initial product quality is not ideal and other problems, through the combination of theory and practice, optimize the process flow, to explore a more suitable for “their own” comprehensive recovery of rare and precious metal products process scheme. After optimization, the gold and silver recovery rate is above 98.5%,the gold direct yield is above 92.5%, the silver direct yield is above 94.5%, the gold grade is more than 99.99%, and the silver grade is above 99.99%.
