我国社区燃气管道事故特征及原因分析

Characteristics and Cause Analysis of Community Gas Pipeline Accidents in China

针对我国社区燃气管道事故频发的现状,为了减少燃气事故的发生,进一步提升燃气使用的安全程度,基于2018—2021年国内燃气事故统计数据,分析燃气事故的时间分布、空间分布、燃气泄漏原因、伤亡情况、室内燃气爆炸的点火源。结果表明:燃气事故高发期在每年的7、8月份左右,室内燃气事故发生频次及其对人员生命造成到的威胁都显著高于室外燃气事故。液化石油气是造成室内燃气事故的主要气源介质;室内燃气事故常常发生在居民住宅内;胶管问题是导致燃气泄漏的最主要原因,人为因素占比至少为36.2%;点火做饭是引发爆炸最主要的原因;4时到8时是室内爆炸事故高发时段。引发室外燃气事故最主要的原因是第三方破坏,占比高达92.8%。基于事故分析结果,为燃气的安全使用提出建议。

Aiming at the current situation offrequent community gas pipeline accidents in China, in order to reduce the occurrence of gas accidents and further improve the safety of gas use, based on the statistical data of domestic gas accidents from 2018 to 2021, this paper analyzes the time distribution, spatial distribution, causes of gas leakage, casualties and ignition sources of indoor gas explosion. The results show that the high incidence of gas accidents is around July and August every year, and the frequency of indoor gas accidents and the threat to people’s lives are significantly higher than outdoor gas accidents. Liquefied petroleum gas is the main gas source medium causing indoor gas accidents;Indoor gas accidents often occur in residential buildings;Rubber hose problem is the main cause of gas leakage, with human factors accounting for at least 36.2%. Cooking is the main cause of explosion;4: 00 to 8: 00 is the high incidence period of indoor explosion accidents. The main cause of outdoor gas accidents is the third-party destruction, accounting for 92.8%. Based on the accident analysis results, some suggestions are put forward for the safe use of gas.
