新型城镇化背景下甘泉县产城融合对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Production-City Integration in Ganquan County under the Background of New Urbanization

目前,国内很多城市都在进行产城融合发展的探索,但在一些城市规划与产业区建设中还普遍存在着产城分离、职住不平衡的境遇,这些现象严重制约着城市的发展。本文着力研究甘泉县的产城发展现状与内在特征,从城市产业、城市整体与产业体系结构、区域城市整体与区域产业三个方面分析甘泉县产城发展过程中的问题,提出推进甘泉县产城融合的对策机制,以期为实现甘泉县的产、城、人、境、业协调互动发展提供支撑。

At present, many domestic cities are exploring the integration and development of production and city, but there is still a widespread situation of the separation of production and city and the imbalance of employment and residence in some urban planning and industrial district construction, which seriously restrict the development of the city. This paper focuses on the present situation and internal characteristics of production city development in Ganquan County, and analyzes the problems in the process of production city development in Ganquan County from three aspects:city industry, the whole city and industrial system structure, regional city whole and regional industry. Then the paper puts forward the countermeasure mechanism to promote the integration of production and city in Ganquan County, in order to provide support for the coordinated and interactive development of production, city, people,environment and industry in Ganquan County.
