混合型历史街区可步行性影响因素及优化研究——以碑林历史街区为例

Study on the Influencing Factors and Optimization of the Walkability of Mixed Historical Blocks: A Case of Beilin Historical District

本文从步行环境的角度出发,研究不同的行为主体对混合型历史街区步行的影响。通过对碑林历史街区中的7个街道进行调研走访,拟合各潜在变量之间的路径关系,构建适合本次研究的结构方程模型,在定性描述各行为主体步行需求的同时,定量比较各感知因子对行为主体的影响程度。结果表明,在混合型历史街区中,不同的行为主体在一定程度上对街道的可步行性具有相似性,并且在一定程度上与行为特征之间呈现出相关性,从而表明了各步行因子对其步行质量的正负影响程度。

This paper studies the influencing factors of different actors on the walking in mixed historical blocks from the perspective of the walking environment. Through the investigation and visit of 7 streets in Beilin Historic District, the path relationship between potential variables is fitted, and a structural equation model suitable for this study is constructed. While qualitatively describing the walking needs of each actor, the impact of each perception factor on the actor is quantitatively compared. The results show that in the mixed historical blocks, different actors are similar to the walkability of the streets to a certain extent, and to a certain extent, there is a correlation between them and the behavior characteristics, which indicates the positive and negative impact of each walking factor on their walking quality.
