基于POI数据的西安市地铁站点周边功能空间演变

The Evolution of Functional Space Around Xi’an Subway Station Based on POI Data

地铁站点周边空间是城市空间的重要组成部分,且周边要素的分布遵从TOD开发模式。本研究借助GIS空间分析和SPSS统计分析技术,基于POI数据,研究地铁开通前后周边空间演变的差异,总结归纳地铁站点周边功能空间演变的特征与存在的问题。研究结果表明,城市空间的开发与地铁站点的设立呈正相关。在站点影响范围内的功能布局促进城市空间的布局与演进。

The surrounding space of subway station is an important part of urban space, and the distribution of surrounding elements follows TOD development mode. With the help of GIS spatial analysis and SPSS statistical analysis technology, this paper analyzes the differences in the evolution of the surrounding space before and after the opening of the subway, and summarizes the characteristics and problems in the evolution of the functional space around the subway station. The results show that the development of urban space is positively correlated with the establishment of subway stations, and the urban functions within the influence range of stations promote the layout and evolution of urban space.
