历史街区中既有建筑风环境模拟及优化设计——以青岛小扬州宾馆为例

摘要 历史街区作为历史发展和物质表现的载体,在城市演变中的重要性是不言而喻的。而风环境作为城市微气候中的一个重要方面,对城市整体的空气环境质量和人体舒适度都有着很重要的影响。将风环境与历史街区建筑方案设计相结合,探究历史建筑设计方案中风环境的应用。本研究以青岛市历史街区江苏路小扬州宾馆重建方案为例,基于CFD数值模拟技术,运用PHOENICS软件进行风环境模拟,对方案在冬夏两季主导风速、风向下的风速图、风压图进行分析,得出更适合当地气候的建筑形态。 As the carrier of historical development and material expression, the importance of historical blocks in urban evolution is self-evident. As an important aspect of urban microclimate,wind environment has a very important impact on the overall urban air environment quality and human comfort. Combining the wind environment with the architectural scheme design in the historical block, this paper explores the application of the historical architectural design scheme to the wind environment. Taking the reconstruction scheme of Xiaoyangzhou Hotel on Jiangsu Road, a historical block in Qingdao as an example, this paper simulates the wind environment with Phoenix software based on CFD numerical simulation technology, analyzes the dominant wind speed, wind speed diagram and wind pressure diagram in winter and summer,and obtains the building form more suitable for the local climate.
