摘要
为了掌握振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层施工质量控制要点,本文以岚山至罗庄高速公路半刚性基层建设为依托,研究了振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石在实际工程中的应用效果,探讨了质量控制措施。结果表明:采用振动搅拌时,上、下基层水泥剂量标准差分别为0.06和0.15,水泥剂量稳定;振动搅拌的混合料各组分间阻力小,混合料容易压实;在满足5 MPa强度要求下,振动搅拌可提高混合料强度约14%。研究表明,振动搅拌是一种可以有效提高水泥稳定碎石路用性能的绿色搅拌新方法,工程质量容易控制。
In order to grasp the key points of construction quality control of vibration mixing cement stabilized macadam semi-rigid base,this paper studies the application effect and quality control measures of cement stabilized macadam produced by vibration mixing in practical engineering based on the construction of Lanluo highway semi-rigid base.The results show that the cement content is stable and its standard deviation of the upper and lower base is 0.06 and 0.15 respectively;the mixture under vibration mixing is easy to compact and has small resistance between the mixture;based on the strength requirement of 5 MPa,the strength can be increased by 14%under vibration mixing.The research shows that vibration mixing is a new green mixing method that can effectively improve the road performance of cement stabilized macadam,and the project quality is easy to be controlled.
