新型城镇化背景下成都市公园城市空间发展模式研究

Research on the Development Model of Park City Space in Chengdu under the Background of New Urbanization

在当今新型城镇化背景下,国家提出了一系列有关城市生态保护的政策,城市空间生态价值愈发被重视。因此,以成都为首的很多城市开始将公园城市理念运用到城市规划建设中,但几乎都只是进行了试点研究,并未探索出一套完整的公园城市发展新范式。本研究通过分析公园城市的发展理念和空间发展模式,立足于成都规划建设公园城市的探索与实践,结合相关理论研究,提出统格局、助产业、明中心、塑形态四大发展战略,以期为公园城市运用于规划建设提供理论与实践经验借鉴。

Under the background of new urbanization, the state has put forward a series of urban ecological protection policies, and the ecological value of urban space has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, many cities led by Chengdu began to apply the concept of park city to urban planning and construction, but almost all of them only carried out pilot studies, and did not explore a complete new paradigm for park city development. The paper analyzes the development concept and spatial development mode of the park city, and then based on the exploration and practice of Chengdu’s planning and construction of a park city, combines with relevant theories, and proposes four development strategies, namely,unified pattern, industrial promotion, center clarification and form shaping, in order to provide theoretical and practical experience for the application of the park city in planning and construction.
