摘要
针对铁路道岔转换过程中转辙机动作杆的受力状态难以实时、直接测量的问题,提出了一种转辙机动作杆力传感器的设计方案并进行了标定测试。传感器的设计从安装位置、结构设计及采集电路三方面出发,提高传感器的灵敏度;该传感器的主体结构设计遵循模块化原则,在组装、定位与安装方面准确高效;利用ANSYS仿真软件对传感器与杆件的装配体进行计算,分析出力传感器灵敏度可达390μV/kN,分辨率优于1‰FS,并且不会发生材料强度破坏;最后设计并搭建了力传感器标定平台,利用该平台对力传感器进行标定测试,测试结果表明该力传感器测量精度及线性度均优于1%FS。此种转辙机动作杆力传感器实现了对动作杆受力状态的直接测量,在铁路系统监测领域有较大的应用价值与发展潜力。
In view of the difficulty of real-time and direct measurement of the force state of the actuator rod in the process of railway switch conversion,a design scheme of force sensor for actuator rod of switch machine was put forward and calibration test was carried out.The sensor was designed from three aspects of installation position,structure design and acquisition circuit to improve the sensitivity of the sensor.The main structure design of the sensor followed the principle of modularization,and it was accurate and efficient in assembly,positioning and installation.ANSYS simulation software was used to calculate the assembly of the sensor and the rod.The sensitivity of the sensor was up to390μV/kN,the resolution was better than 1‰FS,and the material strength was not damaged.Finally,a force sensor calibration platform was designed and built,and the calibration test of the force sensor was carried out by using the platform.The test results show that the measurement accuracy and the linearity of the force sensor are both better than 1%FS.This kind of force sensor realizes the direct measurement of the force state of the actuator rod of switch machine,and has great application value and development potential in railway system monitoring.
