摘要
为解决铜管生产广泛使用的“铜管高效短流程生产工艺”过程在线退火工序的能源使用消耗的问题,介绍了无缝铜管生产过程中在线退火热处理工艺过程及作用,分析了在线退火工序主、辅设备配置构成,从各种能源消耗的种类和用途着手,针对在线退火工序节能降耗生产实践,分析阐述了管理措施:加强工序生产管理、能源管理,提升在线退火设备工程保障技术层次,淘汰、更新使用节能型设备等。技术创新包括设计增加细分规格的感应加热线圈;改造升级机械传动部分加工、装配精度;采用节能系统方法利用工序循环水余热、电气装置余热。结构创新包括改变铜管产品结构、减少铜原材料用量间接节能降耗。工艺创新包括铜管生产工艺持续减壁厚,促使在线退火工序控制参数创新优化、节能降耗。供各行业同行共同探讨和实践,以期产生更多的节能降耗创新措施,促交流借鉴、“低碳”发展。
The energy consumption of online annealing process in the process of"copper tube high efficiency short process production process"widely used in copper tube production was selected as the topic,the process and function of online annealing heat treatment in the production process of seamless copper tube were introduced,and the configuration of main and auxiliary equipment in online annealing process,as well as the types and uses of various energy consumption were analyzed.Aiming at the production practice of energy saving and consumption reduction in online annealing process,the management measures were analyzed and elaborated:strengthening the process production management and energy management,improving the engineering guarantee technical level of online annealing equipment,eliminating and updating the use of energy-saving equipment,etc.Technological innovation included design induction heating coils with increased subdivision specifications,transform and upgrade the machining and assembly accuracy of the mechanical transmission part,adopt the energy-saving system method to utilize the waste heat of process circulating water and electrical devices.Structural innovation included changing the product structure of copper tubes,reducing the consumption of copper raw materials,and indirectly saving energy and reduce consumption.Process innovation included the copper tube production process continues to reduce the wall thickness,promoting the innovation and optimization of online annealing process control parameters,energy saving and consumption reduction.For colleagues in all industries to jointly discuss and practice,with a view to generating more innovative measures for energy conservation and consumption reduction,promoting exchanges and reference,and"low-carbon"development.
