摘要
针对当前PC构件工厂混凝土输送系统存在的适用性、灵活性、可靠性差等问题,从机械结构和控制系统着手,提出了基于模块化设计和多种控制方式的一体化解决方案,通过对输送通道进行模块化设计,研制新型混凝土输送车和研究不同的控制方法,研制了新型混凝土输送系统,说明了其控制原理以及与PC构件工厂不同系统(设备)的信息交互,介绍了带有3种不同控制模式的新型混凝土输送系统在佛山某建筑科技有限公司PC构件工厂中的应用。应用表明,经模块化设计的输送通道和混凝土运输车,可有效解决对不同用料布置的适用性问题;与单一的自动化控制相比,带多种控制方式的新型混凝土输送系统,可解决安装使用的灵活性、生产的可靠性和稳定性等问题,特别是可解决固定模台等柔性生产方式的自动化接料、运料问题,提高了机械化率和生产效率,具有较好的参考意义。
Aiming at the problems of poor applicability,flexibility and reliability of the concrete conveying system in the current prefabricated concrete component factory,starting from the mechanical structure and control system,an integrated solution based on modular design and multiple control modes was proposed.Through the modular design of the conveying channel,a new concrete conveying vehicle and different control methods were developed,and a new concrete conveying system was developed.Its control principle and information interaction with different systems(equipment)of prefabricated concrete component factory were explained,and the application of new concrete conveying system with three different control modes in prefabricated concrete component factory of Foshan Construction Technology Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The application shows that the modular design of conveying channel and concrete transport vehicle can effectively solve the applicability of different material layout.Compared with single automatic control,the new concrete transportation system with multiple control modes can solve the problems of flexibility in installation and use,reliability and stability of production,especially the problems of automatic material receiving and feeding of flexible production modes such as fixed mold platen,improve the mechanization rate and production efficiency,and has good reference significance.
