摘要 随着大型公建项目日益增多,系统和供能的不断完善和提升,必然导致电力负荷的增大,电线电缆的数量增多。如何在狭小的配电房内合理合规地布置好设备及电缆沟内的所有电缆成为施工企业的一大技术难题,电缆沟支架的设置及电缆的排布能一次成优的项目少之又少。虽然BIM技术在近十来年对机电安装的精细化策划推动较大,由于BIM软件的功能局限性,在配电房电缆沟的电缆敷设方面的应用却很少,应用BIM技术特意针对配电房施工问题进行了三维建模及电缆敷设模拟排布,有效解决了电缆敷设的各种问题,复核了电缆槽盒的电缆容量,优化了电梯梯架及槽盒的配置,精准了电缆用量,精细化了电缆沟的电缆排布,优化了电缆路由,便于检修,节约了成本,具有很强的推广应用价值。 With the increasing number of large-scale public construction projects,the continuous improvement and promotion of the system and energy supply inevitably lead to the increase of power load and the number of wires and cables.How to reasonably and legally arrange the equipment and all cables in the cable trench in the narrow power distribution room has become a major technical problem for the construction enterprise.There are few projects that can optimize the setting of cable trench supports and cable layout at one time.Although BIM technology greatly promoted the refined planning of mechanical and electrical installation in the past decade,due to the functional limitations of BIM software,it was rarely used in the cable laying of the cable trench in the power distribution room.The BIM technology was used to carry out 3D modeling and cable laying simulation layout specifically for the construction problems of the power distribution room,effectively solving various problems of cable laying,reviewing the cable capacity of the cable tray box,and optimizing the configuration of the elevator ladder and tray box.It accurated cable consumption,refined cable layout of cable trench,optimized cable routing,facilitated maintenance,saved costs.It has strong promotion and application value.
