摘要
针对小型军用装备经机动布设后处于斜坡上使姿态不正确的问题,设计了一种新型的调平装置,经过电机驱动旋转2次后,实现装置对载物面的调平。再以该调平装置为研究对象,用LS-DYNA对装置跌落撞击地面的过程进行了模拟分析,获得了10 m/s,7 m/s,4 m/s和0°,10°,20°,30°倾斜姿态对调平装置动态响应的影响规律。结果表明:冲击强度随着跌落速度增加而增大,随着跌落角度的增加而减小。根据分析结果提出优化方案,使调平装置的抗冲击性能得到提升。
In order to solve the problem of the incorrect posture of small military equipment when it is placed on a slope after maneuvering,this paper designs a new leveling device to level the surface of the load after rotating twice driven by a motor.Taking this leveling device as the research object,this paper uses LS-DYNA to simulate the falling of the device onto the ground,and obtains the influence law of a speed of 10,7,and 4 m/s and a tilt angle of 0°,10°,20°and 30°on the dynamic response of the leveling device.The results indicate that the impact intensity increases with the increase of the drop velocity and decreases with the increase of the drop angle.According to the analysis results,an optimization scheme is proposed to improve the impact resistance of the leveling device.
