金花茶组培玻璃化苗的预防及控制技术研究

摘要 金花茶无菌芽苗接种于添加有CH 300 mg/L、琼脂粉6 g/L、蔗糖40 g/L的改良MS继代培养基(MS+Na2SO450.0 mg/L+6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L),置于光照强度为2 000~3 000 lx的环境中培养,可有效预防及控制玻璃化现象,玻璃化率为0。丛芽长势均匀,无被压芽苗,平均苗高为6.0cm以上,能较好地进行壮苗及开展生根工作。 The aseptic buds of Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama were inoculated on the improved MS subculture medium(MS+Na2SO450.0 mg/L +6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L) supplemented with CH300 mg/L, agar powder 6 g/L and sucrose 40 g/L, and cultured in the environment of light intensity of 2 000~3 000 lx. The phenomenon of vitrification can be effectively prevented and controlled, and the vitrification rate is 0. The cluster buds grow evenly with no pressed seedlings, and the average seedling heights were more than 6.0 cm, which assures the strong seedling and well rooting.
