青岛市市北区2021年学龄前儿童健康体检分析

Analysis on physical examination among preschool children in Shibei district of Qingdao in 2021

目的 了解市北区学龄前儿童体格发育情况及患病现状,为有针对性地进行群体保健改善学龄前儿童健康状况提供依据。方法 对2021年市北区224所幼儿园39350名学龄前儿童健康体检情况进行统计分析。结果 市北区学龄前儿童身高增长良好。检出患病儿童13861名,患病率为35.22%,龋齿、肥胖和视力不良分列常见病前三位。公办园龋齿和视力不良检出率高于民办园,营养不良检出率低于民办园,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);示范园龋齿、肥胖、轻度贫血的检出率低于非示范园,视力不良检出率高于非示范园,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 龋齿、肥胖和视力不良等是危害市北区学龄前儿童健康的常见病,应作为学龄前儿童保健工作的重点,加强日常宣教和追踪管理。

Objective To understand physical development and disease status among preschool children in Shibei district of Qingdao, in order to provide the basis for targeted group health care and improving preschool children health.Methods Status on 39350 preschool children physical examination from 224 kindergartens in Shibei district of Qingdao in 2021 were analyzed. Results Preschool children in Shibei district had good height growth. Check out 13861 sick children, the prevalence was 35.22%, dental caries, obesity and poor vision were the top three common diseases. In the public kindergartens,the detection rate of dental caries and poor vision were higher than that in the private kindergartens, malnutrition detection rate was lower than that in the private kindergartens, there were significant differences between them(P<0.05). The detection rate of dental caries, obesity and mild anemia in the demonstration kindergartens were lower than that in the non-demonstration kindergartens, poor vision detection rate was higher than that in the demonstration kindergartens, there were significant differences between them(P<0.05). Conclusion Dental caries, obesity and poor vision were main diseases hazarding the preschool children health in Shibei district, we should take them as a key work for preschool children health care, strengthen the publicity, education and tracking management.
