摘要
为提高葡萄果实中氨基甲酸酯类农药的检测效率,建立了高效液相色谱柱后衍生法快速测定克百威等10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的方法。结果表明,在0.05~2.00μg·mL^(-1)线性范围内,10种农药浓度对应峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9990,检出限为0.009~0.010μg·mL^(-1),添加回收率为77%~104%,相对标准偏差在1.1%~6.5%。本方法前处理简单,灵敏度高,检出限低,操作实用性强,能够为有效控制葡萄质量安全提供可靠的技术保障。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of carbamate pesticides in grapes,a method was established for rapid determination of carbamate pesticide residues by HPLC post-column derivatization.The results showed that in the linear range of 0.05-2.00μg·mL^(-1),the peak area and the concentrations of ten pesticide had a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,the limits of detection were 0.009-0.010μg·mL^(-1),the recoveries were 77%-104%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.1%-6.5%.This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity,low detection limit and practical operation,which can provide a reliable technical guarantee for effective control of grape quality and safety.
