广西葡萄产业区域竞争力分析及其发展策略

Analysis on Regional Competitiveness of Guangxi Grape Industry and Its Development Strategies

文章从产业集中度、效率优势指数、规模优势指数、综合优势指数、市场优势等方面分析了广西葡萄产业区域竞争力。结果表明,广西葡萄产业主要集中在柳州、桂林、河池3地,桂林、柳州的专业化和集中化程度远高于广西平均水平,发展潜力巨大;河池的葡萄产业专业化水平高于广西平均水平,但其集中度仍有待提高;三大葡萄主产区综合优势指数均高于广西平均水平,且具备了显著的规模优势,但其效率优势未能与其规模优势相匹配;自然禀赋、技术、区位等优势为广西葡萄产业提供了独一无二的市场竞争力。建议加大政策支持力度、提升葡萄产业关键环节技术水平、重塑葡萄产业物流链、组建南方葡萄产业协会等,以推动广西葡萄产业高质量发展。

The regional competitiveness of Guangxi grape industry was analyzed from the aspects of industrial concentration,efficiency advantage index,scale advantage index,comprehensive advantage index and market advantage.The results showed that grape industry in Guangxi mainly concentrated in three regions including Liuzhou,Guilin and Hechi.The degree of specialization and centralization in Guilin and Liuzhou were much higher than the average level of Guangxi,and the development potential was huge.The specialization level of grape industry in Hechi was higher than the average level of Guangxi,but its concentration degree still needed to be improved.The comprehensive advantage index of the three main grape producing areas were higher than the average level of Guangxi.Although they had significant scale advantage,their efficiency advantage was not matched with their scale advantage.The advantages of natural endowment,technology,location provided Guangxi grape industry with unique market competitiveness.Several development strategies were put forward to promote the high-quality development of the grape industry in Guangxi,including reinforcement of policy support,improvement of the key technical level of grape industry,reconstruction of logistics chain of grape industry,establishment of the south grape industry association,etc.
