钛合金智能手表零件连续选择性阳极电泳工艺优化

摘要 介绍了智能手表钛合金转轴的连续选择性阳极电泳工艺。先通过单因素实验研究了极间距、温度、电压、电泳时间及电泳液电导率对涂层厚度的影响,再通过正交试验对电泳液配方进行优化。所得较佳的电泳液配方和工艺条件为:固体分10.0%,异丙醇体积分数4.0%,乙二醇丁醚体积分数2.0%,极间距13.5 cm,电压80 V,温度25℃,电泳时间25 s,电导率500~600μS/cm。列举了生产过程中常见故障的产生原因和解决措施。 The continuous selective anodic electro-coating for titanium alloy shafts of smart watch was introduced.The effects of interelectrode gap,temperature,voltage,electro-coating time,and bath conductivity on the coating thickness were studied by single-factor experiments.The composition of electro-coating bath was optimized by orthogonal test.The bath composition and process conditions were optimized as follows:solid content 10.0%,volume fraction of isopropanol 4.0%,volume fraction of ethylene glycol butyl ether 2.0%,interelectrode gap 13.5 cm,voltage 80 V,temperature 25℃,electro-coating time 25 s,and bath conductivity 500-600μS/cm.The causes of common failures occurring during the electro-coating process and corresponding solutions were presented.
