摘要
采用甲苯/γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)溶剂热法对聚酰亚胺(Kapton)薄膜表面硅烷化,与盐酸水热处理后的Ti箔进行热压粘接。用拉伸试验评价Kapton薄膜与Ti箔的粘接效果,用原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和材料显微镜研究其粘附机理。实验结果表明:甲苯溶剂热反应使Kapton薄膜表面的羧基与APTES分子中的氨基产生了化学键合。表面硅烷化的Kapton薄膜与Ti箔之间形成了稳定的界面粘附,抗拉强度高达46.2 MPa。
The surface of polyimide(Kapton) film was silanized by solvothermal method with toluene and γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES), and then adhered by hot pressing to the Ti foil hydrothermally treated with hydrochloric acid.The adhesion of Kapton film on Ti foil was evaluated by tensile test. The adhesion mechanism was studied by atomic force microscopy(AFM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and optical microscopy. The results showed that there was chemical bond between the carboxyl group on the surface of Kapton film and the amino group in APTES after solvothermal reaction in toluene. The surface-silanized Kapton film formed a stable interfacial adhesion to Ti foil with a tensile strength up to 46.2 MPa.
