摘要
采用不同等级的实验室用水对汽车外饰涂层进行氙灯老化试验,以研究实验室水质对结果的影响。结果表明,水中硅的含量是影响试验结果的主要因素。在对汽车外饰涂层产品进行氙灯老化试验时所用的水至少要满足GB/T 6682–2008《分析实验室用水规格和试验方法》中二级水的要求。
The xenon lamp aging test of coatings for automobile exterior was conducted with different grades of laboratory water to study the effect of laboratory water quality on the aging test result. The results showed that the content of silicon in water is the main factor affecting the test result. The quality of water applied to the xenon lamp aging test of painted automotive exterior needs to at least meet the requirements of grade 2 in GB/T 6682–2008 Water for Analytical Laboratory Use — Specification and Test Methods.
