大运河江苏段文化带的“译”与“宣”之对策研究

摘要 外宣翻译的研究虽然大多从翻译学属性出发,关注其语言转换和思想交流,但是仍要重视外宣翻译的传播学属性,考虑译文的传播效果和国际影响,达到文化交流和文化自信的目的。大运河文化带是中国优秀传统文化浓墨重彩的一笔。文章以对外传播好中国运河故事为目的,分别从外宣翻译的“译”与“宣”两个层面,来探析江苏大运河文化“走出去”过程中翻译实践和文化传播之策略。 Although most of the researches on Publicity translation start from the attribute of translation itself and focus on its language conversion and exchange of ideas, it is still necessary for the translators to attach importance to the foreign communication attribute of the C-E translation of Publicity Materials under the consideration of the communication effect and international influences of the translated text in order to achieve the intention of cultural exchanges and the cultural confidence. Grand Canal Culture Belt is a vital and indispensable part of China’s excellent traditional culture. To spread the story of the Chinese Canal to the outside world better, this article explores the strategies for translation practice and cultural communication in the process of “going out” of Jiangsu Grand Canal Culture from the two attributes—“translation” and “publicity” of the Publicity translation.
