摘要
在建构主义和群体动力学理论指导下,本研究以大学英语课程思政建设为载体,打造五种互动模式培育教师共同体,并就软硬件方面提出了一系列的保障措施。
Guiding by the theory of Constructivism and Group Dynamics, this study puts forward five interactive modes of cultivating teachers’ community based on construction of ideological and political education in College English courses, and provides a series of measures to ensure the establishment of teachers’ community.
