基于课改视角下商务英语翻译教学中教师素养提升的有效途径

随着信息化的快速发展,高校商务英语翻译课程的教育教学理念、模式和内容都在不断地改革创新,而在教育教学的过程中,教师本就是学生的典范,无论是在专业素质上还是在思想道德中都起到了主导性的作用。相较传统商务英语翻译课程教学而言,课改对创新教学方式,培养学生英语运用能力,增强学生英语学习兴趣等更注重,并且实施素质教育的核心在课堂,关键在于教师。高校教师应该全面发展,身心健康,思想宽广,知识渊博,有组织实践能力,能运用良好的教学方法施教,具有从事教学科研的能力,能不断产生优良的教学成果。课改的成功与否关键在于教师,教师素养在提高教学效益中的地位至关重要,文章积极探讨基于课改视角下商务英语翻译教学中教师素养提升的有效途径。

With the rapid development of informatization,the educational and teaching concepts,models and contents of Business English translation courses in colleges and universities are constantly being reformed and innovated.Moreover,in the process of education and teaching,teachers are supposed to be role models for students who plays a leading role in both professional quality and ethical thinking.Compared with the teaching of traditional business English translation courses,the curriculum reform pays more attention to innovating teaching methods,cultivating students’ ability to use English,and enhancing students’ interest in English learning.The core of quality education is in the classroom,and the key lies in teachers.Teachers in colleges and universities should be well-rounded,healthy in body and mind,broad-minded,knowledgeable,have the ability to organize and practice,be able to use good teaching methods to teach,have the ability to engage in teaching and research,and continue to produce excellent teaching results.The key to the success of the curriculum reform lies in teachers,and the status of teachers’ quality in improving teaching effectiveness is crucial.This paper actively discusses the effective ways to improve teachers’ quality in Business English translation teaching based on the perspective of curriculum reform.
