摘要
随着全球化的不断发展,教育国际化是教育现代化发展的重要战略途径之一。为了提高教育国际化水平,我国扩大国际教育开放政策,积极引进优秀的外籍教师。由于旅居者在进入新的社会文化环境时会受到不同程度的文化冲击,文章基于跨文化适应理论,通过课堂观察和教师访谈,从心理适应、社会适应、教学适应三个层面,就湖北工业大学中外合作办学项目的四名外籍教师进行跨文化适应性调查研究。研究发现,外籍教师在跨文化适应方面存在一定的问题和挑战。对此,从个人层面、社会层面和学校层面提出建议,为外籍教师跨文化适应提供参考借鉴。
With the continuous development of globalization,the internationalization of education is one of the important strategic approaches for the development of educational modernization.In order to improve the level of education internalization,China expands the international education opening-up policy and actively introduces excellent foreign teachers.As sojourners are subjected to varying degrees of cultural impact when entering new socio-cultural environments,this study,based on the Cross-cultural Adaptation Theory,investigated and studied the four foreign teachers of the Sino-foreign cooperative school running project of Hubei University of Technology from three levels:psychological adaptation,social adaptation and teaching adaptation.The study found that foreign teachers are faced with some problems and challenges in cross-cultural adaptation.Thus,suggestions are put forward from the personal level,social level and school level to provide reference for foreign teachers to adapt.
