英汉词汇翻译的并行现象对比研究

词汇是人类语言和生活经验的结晶,是组成文章语言的最基本材料,由于英汉两民族在文化差异和思维认知上的不同,对某些特定词汇的选择也有很大差异。研究发现,英汉两民族在习语以及相应的固定短语方面用不同的表达方式来描绘同一现象的词语有很多。采用对比的研究方法,通过收集英汉双语在习语方面的不同表达并进行分类,意在分析英汉词汇选择不同的因素。分析得知,英汉双语国家由于地理位置、社会因素、历史传统等因素,所选择的词汇才会有所不同。从英汉词汇方面来分析英汉文化的差异,从而可以促进对外汉语教学的开展和言语交际的融合。

Vocabulary is the achievement of human language and life experience,and is also the most basic factor of an article.Due to the cultural and cognitive differences between English and Chinese,there are great differences in the selection of certain words.It shows that there are many words that describe the same phenomenon with different expressions in idioms and corresponding fixed phrases in English and Chinese.This paper adopts the methods of contrastive research,through collecting and classifying the different expressions of English and Chinese idioms,in order to analyze the different factors of the differences of choosing vocabularies between English and Chinese.The analysis shows that English and Chinese countries choose different vocabulary because of geographical location,social factors,historical traditions and other factors.Analyzing the cultural differences between English and Chinese from the perspective of English and Chinese vocabularies can promote the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the integration of verbal communication.
