不同生长素及质量浓度对桑树扦插生根的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different auxin and mass concentration on Mulberry cutting rooting

摘要 【目的】探索桑树的扦插育苗方案,观察不同生根剂及其质量浓度对生根的影响,选出最佳处理方式,提高扦插成活率,为快速繁殖推广以及降低农户种植成本提供理论支持和技术指导。【方法】以母树为3 a生菜桑和果桑实生苗采集插穗,选择其1 a生硬枝枝条制备插穗作为试验材料,研究IAA、IBA、ABT-1 3种生长素分别配置成200、500、1 000、1 500 mg·L^(-1)4种不同质量浓度对菜桑和果桑的硬枝扦插生根的影响,以清水浸泡为对照;扦插46d后,调查统计菜桑和果桑的生根率、生根数量、平均根长和相关性分析。【结果】不同种类不同质量浓度生长素对菜桑和果桑的生长有不同程度的影响。从整体上看,ABT-1和IBA对菜桑扦插生根的促进效果比IAA好。其中以1 000 mg·L^(-1)ABT-1处理效果最好,平均生根率达到63.33%,平均生根数8.89条,平均最长根长8.20 cm。对果桑而言,ABT-1和IAA的促进效果比IBA好,最适合果桑的处理是500 mg·L^(-1)ABT-1,平均生根率为68.67%,平均生根数10.12条,平均最长根长9.30 cm。【结论】3种生长素中ABT-1处理菜桑和果桑插穗效果最佳,而在其4种不同质量浓度中,1 000 mg·L^(-1)ABT-1处理菜桑生根效果最佳,500 mg·L^(-1)ABT-1处理果桑生根效果最佳。 【Objective】 The study was conducted to explore the mulberry cutting seedling program, observe the influence of different rooting agent and its concentration on rooting, select the best treatment method, improve the survival rate of cutting, provide theoretical support and technical guidance for rapid propagation and promotion and reduce the planting cost of farmers.【Method】The cuttings were collected from the mother tree as the seedlings of vegetable mulberry and fruit mulberry at the age of 3 years, and taking cuttings soaked in water as the control, the cuttings prepared by one-year stiff branches of the mother tree were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different mass concentrations of IAA, IBA and ABT-1 auxin at 200,500,1 000 and 1 500 mg·L^(-1), respectively, on the hard cuttings of vegetable mulberry and fruit mulberry. Soak in water as control. After cutting for 46 days, the rooting rate, rooting number, and average root length were investigated and correlation analysis was conducted.【Result】Different kinds and concentrations of auxin could promote the growth of vegetable mulberry and fruit mulberry, and the effects of the three auxin on cutting rooting of vegetable mulberry were as follows: ABT-1>IBA>IAA;Among them, 1 000 mg·L^(-1)ABT-1 was the best treatment: the average rooting rate was 63.33%, the average number of roots was 8.89cm, and the average longest root length was 8.20 cm. The effects of three auxin on fruit mulberry, cutting rooting were as follows: ABT-1>IAA>IBA;The most suitable treatment was 500mg·L^(-1)ABT-1: the average rooting rate was 68.67%, the average rooting number was 10.12cm, and the average longest root length was 9.30 cm.【Conclusion】Among the three auxins, ABT-1 had the best effect on vegetable mulberry and fruit mulberry cuttings, and among the four different mass concentrations of ABT-1, 1 000 mg·L^(-1)ABT-1 and 500mg·L^(-1)ABT-1 had the best rooting effect on vegetable mulberry and fruit mulberry cuttings, respectively.
