单细胞水平解析中性粒细胞异质性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 中性粒细胞是天然免疫系统的重要组成部分,是宿主抵御入侵细菌等病原体的第一道防线。传统认为中性粒细胞属于终末分化细胞,是相对均一的群体,但近年越来越多的研究证明中性粒细胞具有异质性,拥有许多表型、功能不同的亚群。单细胞RNA测序技术(scRNA-seq)的应用可以更精确地研究细胞的异质性,本综述将总结中性粒细胞异质性的进展、重点阐述在单细胞水平解析中性粒细胞异质性的研究以及分析中性粒细胞异质性的可能机制。 Neutrophils are important components of innate immune system and regarded as the first defense line to resist invading pathogens such as baceteria. Neutrophils are classically considered as a homogenous population of terminally differentiated cells. However,recently more and more studies show that neutrophils are not homogenous. Neutrophils actually consist of different subpopulations with different phenotypes and functions. Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)is a powerful tool in exploring immune cell heterogeneity. This review will summarize the progress of neutrophil heterogeneity,focus on the research on resolving neutrophil heterogeneity at the single cell level,and analyze the possible mechanisms of neutrophil heterogeneity.
