BTBR自闭症小鼠免疫异常研究进展

Progress of immune abnormalities in autistic BTBR mice

自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种以重复刻板行为增加、沟通和社会交往障碍为主要特征的神经发育障碍性疾病,发病机制尚不清楚,目前主要认为除遗传因素外,环境因素在ASD病理发生中扮演更为重要的角色。越来越多的研究发现,ASD患者体内普遍存在免疫系统失调。BTBR-T(+)tf/J(BTBR)小鼠不仅是一种无需造模、稳定性好的ASD动物模型,且是研究ASD免疫失调机制理想的临床前模型。本文综述了近年BTBR小鼠免疫异常的研究结果,并与ASD患者体内异常的免疫状况进行了比较。

Autism spectrum disorders(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by increased repetitive stereotyped behavior,communication and social interaction.Pathogenesis of ASD is not clear.It is mainly believed that environmental factors play a more important role in pathogenesis of ASD besides genetic factors.More and more studies have found that immune system disorders are common in ASD patients.Because of obvious immune abnormalities,BTBR-T(+)tf/J(BTBR)mice is not only a stable animal model of ASD without modeling,but also an ideal preclinical model to understand possible mechanism of immune system disorders in ASD.This paper reviews research results of immune abnormalities in BTBR mice in recent years and compared them with those of ASD patients.
