摘要
基于平板试验数据和数值模拟方法研究民用飞机内襟翼结构的抗轮胎碎片冲击性能。通过材料力学性能试验拟合得到某型轮胎碎片橡胶材料的Ogden本构模型。利用PAM-CRASH软件进行了铝合金矩形平板的轮胎碎片冲击数值模拟,通过与试验对比,确认并验证了数值模型的合理性和可靠性。根据适航要求和工程算法确定了民机内襟翼结构承受轮胎碎片冲击的最严酷工况,基于验证后的轮胎碎片冲击结构数值分析方法开展了内襟翼结构严酷工况下的动力学分析,获得了内襟翼结构受轮胎碎片冲击后的损伤状况以及关键接头的载荷。研究结果可用于指导民用飞机结构抗轮胎碎片冲击设计。
Based on the plate test data and numerical simulation method,the anti tire debris impact performance of civil aircraft inner flap structure is studied.The Ogden constitutive model of rubber material was fitted by mechanical test.The numerical simulation of tire debris impacting an aluminum alloy rectangular plate was carried out by using PAM-CRASH software.By comparing the calculation and test results,the rationality and reliability of the numerical model was validated.According to the airworthiness requirements and engineering algorithm,the severest case of the civil aircraft inner flap subjected to the tire debris impacting was determined,and the dynamic analysis of the inner flap structure under the case was performed based on the verified numerical method of tire debris impacting structure.The damage of the inner flaps and the load of the key joints were obtained.The study results can provide a guidance for the design of civil aircraft structures under tire debris impacting.
