摘要
针对当前医院数据核算依旧采用人工核算方式,导致核算成本高、核算效率低的问题,提出设计一个基于智能控制的医院核算机器人的ERP核算系统。首先,对J2EE技术原理和层次组件进行具体分析;然后采用J2EE技术中的struts框架、Spring框架和Hibernat框架构建一个含有表示层、业务逻辑层和数据持久层的医院ERP核算管理系统;最后对系统各个功能模块进行具体设计和实现。实验结果表明,本系统可实现医院日常数据核算管理,该系统通过对医院2019年~2021年三年间的数据核算管理后,医院的资金集中度以每年10%以上的升幅提高,资金利用率显著提升。同时医院的总运营成本每年以1亿元的降幅降低,优化了医院传统核算系统,使得数据核算部门的业务处理能力和工作效率显著提升。由此说明,设计的系统可取代人工核算方式,降低数据核算成本,提高核算效率,具有一定的可行性。
In view of the current hospital data accounting still adopts manual accounting method, which leads to high accounting cost and low accounting efficiency, the paper proposes to design an ERP accounting system based on intelligent control hospital accounting robot. First, the J2 EE technology principles and hierarchy components are analyzed;then the J2 EE technology in the struts framework, Spring framework and Hibernat framework are used to build a hospital ERP accounting management system with representation layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer. Finally, various functional modules are designed and implemented. The experimental results show that the system can realize the daily data accounting and management of the hospital. After the data accounting and management of the hospital from 2019 to 2021, the capital concentration of the hospital increases by more than 10% per year, and the fund utilization rate is significantly improved. At the same time, the total operating cost of the hospital is reduced by 100 million yuan every year, optimizing the traditional accounting system of the hospital, and significantly improving the business processing capacity and work efficiency of the data accounting department. This shows that the designed system can replace the manual accounting method, reduce the financial accounting cost, improve the accounting efficiency, and has a certain feasibility.
