工业设备中高精密齿轮加工误差补偿技术研究

Research on Error Compensation Technology for High Precision Gear Machining in Industrial Equipment

摘要 在以修正量为基础进行高精密齿轮加工误差补偿时,主要依托于无偏估计法进行计算,使得补偿处理后齿形法向偏差依旧较大。为此,提出工业设备中高精密齿轮加工误差补偿技术。首先深入分析工业设备中高精密齿轮加工模式,建立齿轮加工模型。然后采用离散化分析方法对比理论齿面与实际齿面,测量齿面加工存在的误差。最后建立关联函数,描述机床调整参数和齿形偏差之间联系,生成齿形误差敏感系数矩阵,与比例修正参数相结合计算修正量,再通过数控程序实现加工误差补偿。实验结果表明:补偿前左、右齿形最大法向偏差分别为23.7μm和4.8μm,补偿后齿形的最大法向偏差均小于0.1μm,表明所提技术可提升齿轮加工精度。 When the error compensation of high-precision gear machining is based on the correction amount, the calculation is mainly based on the unbiased estimation method, so that the normal deviation of the tooth profile after compensation processing is still large. Therefore, the error compensation technology for high precision gear machining in industrial equipment is proposed. Firstly, the machining mode of high-precision gears in industrial equipment is deeply analyzed, and the gear machining model is established. Then, the discrete analysis method is used to compare the theoretical tooth surface with the actual tooth surface, and the error of tooth surface processing is measured. Finally, the correlation function is established to describe the relationship between the adjustment parameters of the machine tool and the tooth profile deviation, and the tooth profile error sensitivity coefficient matrix is generated. The correction amount is calculated by combining with the proportional correction parameters, and then the machining error compensation is realized by the numerical control program. Experimental results show that the maximum normal deviations of the left and right tooth profiles before compensation are 23.7 μM and 4.8 μm. The maximum normal deviation of tooth profile after compensation is less than 0.1 μm. It shows that the proposed technology can improve the machining accuracy of gears.
