摘要
文章就大型煤制烯烃项目空分设备自动化控制系统设计进行阐述,从自动化控制系统集成设计到现场仪表信息数据采集设计和自动化控制系统的在线分析,涵盖空分自动化控制的全流程。通过自动化控制的合理设计,进而提高生产安全,提升生产指标,达到精准生产投料、节能降耗的目的。随着科技的进步和发展,空分设备自动化控制也在逐步实现更加细致、更加精确和更加智能的控制目标。
This paper describes the design of automatic control system of air separation plant in large coal to olefin project, from the integrated design of automatic control system to the design of field instrument information data collection and online analysis of automatic control system, covering the whole process of automatic control of air separation plant. Through the reasonable design of automatic control, the production safety and production indicators can be improved to achieve the goal of accurate production feeding, energy saving and consumption reduction. With the progress and development of science and technology, the automatic control of air separation plant is also gradually achieving more detailed, more accurate and more intelligent control goals.
