摘要
基于模拟乘法器,设计了一种恒功率方式热式气体质量流量计,主要包括恒功率驱动电路、信号放大电路、信号电平反转电路、线性化电路、模拟量隔离和V/I转换电路,系统采用纯硬件电路实现,没有任何微处理器或FPGA参与,可以避免软件的不确定性和软件测量的滞后性,提升了系统对于流量监测的实时性,而且实现最快速的系统响应时间,同时在耐辐射方面性能优于基于微处理器的实现方式。
Based on analog multiplier, a constant power thermal gas mass flowmeter is designed, which mainly includes constant power drive circuit, signal amplification circuit, signal level reversal circuit, linearization circuit, analog isolation and v/i conversion circuit. The system is realized by pure hardware circuit without any microprocessor or FPGA participation, which can avoid the uncertainty of software and the lag of software measurement, The real-time performance of the system for flow monitoring is improved, and the fastest system response time is achieved. At the same time, the performance in radiation resistance is better than that based on microprocessor.
