基于压力传感器的胸外科护理防堵引流监控系统设计

摘要 考虑到传统系统在胸外科护理防堵引流监控中存在监控功能和报警功能差、丢包率大及精度低的问题,提出了基于压力传感器的胸外科护理防堵引流监控系统设计。基于胸外科护理防堵引流监控系统架构,通过MMBPTS压力传感器采集引流管的压力数据,并设计了生理数据采集终端、胸外科护理防堵引流速度控制电路和胸外科护理防堵引流监控电路,完成了系统的硬件设计,通过检测并计算胸外科护理防堵引流液位,设计了胸外科护理防堵引流监控程序,完成系统的软件设计,实现了胸外科护理防堵引流监控。测试结果表明,基于压力传感器的胸外科护理防堵引流监控系统不仅在监控功能和报警功能上可以满足设计需求,还可以通过降低丢包率、提高监控精度,满足系统的性能设计要求。 Considering the problems of poor monitoring function and alarm function, high packet loss rate and low accuracy of traditional system in the monitoring of thoracic surgery nursing blockage prevention and drainage, the design of thoracic surgery nursing blockage prevention and drainage monitoring system based on pressure sensor is proposed. Based on the architecture of the thoracic surgery nursing anti blocking drainage monitoring system, the pressure data of the drainage tube is collected through the MMBPTS pressure sensor, and the physiological data acquisition terminal, the thoracic surgery nursing anti blocking drainage speed control circuit and the thoracic surgery nursing anti blocking drainage monitoring circuit are designed. The hardware design of the system is completed. The thoracic surgery nursing anti blocking drainage monitoring program is designed by detecting and calculating the thoracic surgery nursing anti blocking drainage level. The software design of the system was completed, and the monitoring of the prevention and drainage of thoracic surgery nursing was realized. The test results show that the monitoring system based on pressure sensor can not only meet the design requirements in terms of monitoring function and alarm function, but also meet the performance design requirements of the system by reducing packet loss rate and improving monitoring accuracy.
