摘要
目前,我国土地储备管理常采用的传统台账和二维土地管理系统等方式,已无法满足土地储备日益精细化和智能化管理的需求。本文根据实际需求,利用三维GIS、云计算、大数据等先进技术,研究了三维GIS土地储备管理系统建设思路,构建了二三维一体化土地储备数据库,并阐述了系统的总体框架、数据库内容、功能和关键技术,有效提高了城市土地储备管理水平,为城市规划、管理、建设以及招商引资等应用提供信息服务。
At present,the land reserve management in China often adopts the traditional ledger and two-dimensional land management system,which cannot meet the requirements of increasingly refined and intelligent land reserve management.According to the actual demand,this paper uses 3D GIS,cloud computing,big data,and other advanced technology to study the three-dimensional GIS construction of land reserve management system,builds the integration of two and three dimensional land reserve database,and expounds the system’s overall framework,database content,function and key technology,which effectively improve the level of the urban land reserve management.It provides information services for urban planning,management,construction and investment attraction.
