基于天地图的江苏省新冠肺炎疫情信息管理平台设计与实现

摘要 面对新冠肺炎疫情爆发时疫情信息来源渠道多、类型复杂的问题,本文充分发挥天地图的GIS服务资源和数据优势,基于微服务架构与Vue.js前端框架,利用地理信息数据融合技术、可视化图表技术、响应式设计等GIS与前端开发技术,构建WebGIS可视化框架,并通过每日采集的疫情数据建立疫情数据库,随后设计并实现了江苏省新冠肺炎疫情信息管理平台。该平台实现了病例数据、风险区数据等的集中统一展示与管理,为管理部门与社会公众及时了解疫情发展情况提供了途径。 When the COVID-19 breaks out,there are many channels and complicated types of epidemic information.Therefore,based on the microservice architecture and the Vue.js front-end framework and using geographic information data fusion technology,visual chart technology and responsive design technology,this article makes full use of the GIS service resources and data advantages of"MapWorld"to build a WebGIS visualization framework.Meanwhile,the epidemic database was built based on daily collected epidemic data.Finally,the Jiangsu COVID-19 information management platform was designed and implemented.The platform realizes the centralized and unified display and management of the case data and the risk area data,which provides a way for the government and public to understand the development of the epidemic situation in time.
