测绘质量监督检查基本问题辨析

Analysis on Several Issues in Quality Supervision and Inspection of Surveying and Mapping Products

测绘质量监督管理是测绘地理信息统一监管的重要内容,是规范地理信息市场、提升测绘成果质量水平的有力抓手。针对测绘质量监督检查的一些易产生模糊认识的问题,本文在开展测绘主管部门调研和管理制度对比分析的基础上,根据相关法律法规进行了梳理和辨析,并提出了个人见解,可作为新形势下完善测绘质量监督检查制度的参考。

Surveying and mapping quality supervision is an important part of surveying and mapping unified management,as well as a powerful starting point to standardize the geographic information market and improve the quality of surveying and mapping results.In view of some problems that are easy to produce fuzzy cognition in surveying and mapping quality supervision and inspection,this paper sorts out and discriminates according to relevant laws and regulations on the basis of surveying and mapping management department investigation and comparative analysis of management system,and puts forward personal opinions,which can be used as reference for improving surveying and mapping quality supervision and inspection system under the new situation.
