摘要 为了提高地籍测量相关项目的作业效率、降低人力与投入成本,本文充分考虑测绘新技术在空间数据采集中的优势,提出将倾斜摄影测量技术与三维激光扫描技术相融合并应用于地籍测量的工作新模式。该混合作业模式在二维地籍成果的基础上,丰富了成果内容,使用三维激光扫描技术采集地面细节信息,使用倾斜摄影测量技术采集房高等建筑物信息,形成优势互补。最后将该混合作业技术应用于实际生产项目中,结果表明,相比于地籍测量中传统外业数据采集技术,本文提出的混合作业模式的数据采集速度更快,且满足不动产权籍测量精度要求,大大提高了生产作业效率。 In order to improve the efficiency of cadastral survey related projects and reduce manpower and investment costs,this paper fully considers the advantages of new surveying and mapping technology in spatial data acquisition,and puts forward a new working mode of integrating oblique photogrammetry technology and three-dimensional laser scanning technology into cadastral survey.Based on the two-dimensional cadastral achievements,the hybrid operation mode enriches the contents of the achievements,uses the three-dimensional laser scanning technology to collect the ground detail information,and uses the oblique photogrammetry technology to collect the information of high-rise buildings,forming complementary advantages.By applying the hybrid operation technology to the actual production project,the results show that compared with the traditional field data acquisition technology in cadastral survey,this paper proposes that the data acquisition speed of the mixed operation mode is faster,and meets the requirements of real estate cadastral measurement accuracy,which greatly improves the production efficiency.
