基于地区协同发展的高校软件人才培养现实问题与改进策略--以成渝地区为例

软件产业是经济高质量发展的重要支撑和核心驱动力,软件人才是软件产业发展的关键因素。建立适应地区协同发展的软件人才培养体系,培养满足产业发展需求的软件人才是当前地区高校人才培养的现实问题。该文以成渝地区为例,对建立特色化示范性软件学院的13所高校所依托的软件工程和计算机科学与技术专业的人才培养方案进行研究。研究表明,地区高校软件人才培养存在目标趋同化,专业特色不明显;毕业要求指标不明,缺乏课程支撑矩阵;校企合作行业覆盖全,合作特色不明;课程设置不尽合理,专业课程特色不足等问题。基于此,该文提出重构专业培养方案,凝练专业特色;深化校企合作,突显人才培养特色;以特色人才能力培养为核心,强化能力阶段性培养;建立创新能力培养模式,提高工程实践能力;构建递进式能力培养模型,培养特色人才系统能力;精细化人才培养模式,递进式培养特色人才六个方面的改进策略,提高软件人才培养质量,推动地区协同发展,为地区高校软件人才的培养起到示范作用。

Software industry is an important support and core driving force for high-quality economic development,and its talents are the key factor for the development.At present,the practical problem of talent training in regional colleges and universities is to establish a software talent training system that adapts to the coordinated development of regions,and to cultivate software talents that meet the needs of industrial development.Take Chengdu-Chongqing area as an example,this paper studies the talent training scheme of software engineering as well as computer science and technology majors supported by 13 colleges and universities that establish characteristic demonstration software colleges.The research shows that there is a convergence of objectives in the training of software talents in colleges and universities,and the specialty characteristics are not obvious.The graduation requirement index is unclear and lacks the curriculum support matrix.The school enterprise cooperation industry covers the whole industry,and the cooperation characteristics are unknown.The curriculum is unreasonable and the characteristics of professional courses are insufficient.Based on that,this paper puts forward the reconstruction of professional training program to condense professional characteristics,highlights the characteristics of talent training and deepens school-enterprise cooperation,strengthens the phased cultivation of students'abilities with the cultivation of characteristic talents as the core,establishes innovative ability training mode,improves engineering practice ability,and constructs progressive ability training model and cultivate characteristic talent system ability.The refined talents training mode and the improvement strategy of six aspects of progressive training of characteristic talents are to improve the quality of software talent training,and to promote regional collaborative development,which play an exemplary role in the training of software talents in regional colleges and universities.
