新时代研究生教育评价改革实践与经验启示——以西北农林科技大学为例

研究生教育评价是新时代研究生教育综合改革的重点任务,是实现研究生教育高质量发展的关键抓手。面对新时代发展要求,加强研究生教育评价改革的探索与实践、更好地发挥教育评价的“指挥棒”作用,是我国研究生教育改革的当务之急。西北农林科技大学探索实践涵盖研究生招生、培养、学位授予与教育管理“四位一体”的研究生教育评价模式,最后从提高政治站位、贯穿培养全过程以及构建研究生教育评价改革共同体角度提出推进新时代研究生教育评价改革高质量发展的政策建议。

Postgraduate education evaluation is the key task of the comprehensive reform of postgraduate education in the new era, and the key to achieving high-quality development of postgraduate education. In the face of the requirements of the development of the new era, it is an urgent task for China’s graduate education reform to strengthen the exploration and practice of graduate education evaluation reform and give better play to the "baton" role of educational evaluation. Northwest A&F Universityhas explored and practiced a postgraduate education evaluation model covering the "four-in-one" of graduate enrollment, training, degree awarding and educational management. Finally, from the point of view of improving the political position, running through the whole process of training and building a reform community of graduate education evaluation, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the high-quality development of graduate education evaluation reform in the new era.
