他者与本我:乡村振兴中青年角色研究——基于河南X县的田野调查

脱贫攻坚取得重大成效,乡村振兴如火如荼进行,在乡村建设多元化主体中,青年群体逐渐走进大众视野,走入基层进行乡村振兴,却在与当地融合发展过程中面临着诸多的考验和挑战。该文基于他者与本我视角,阐述在乡村振兴过程中空降干部水土不服及当地青年乡土重建问题,为乡村振兴建言献策提出相应改善措施,有助于深化乡村振兴,拓展其深度和广度,共同建设美丽乡村美丽中国。

Significant achievements have been made in poverty alleviation, and rural revitalization is still in full swing.Among the diversified subjects of rural construction, youth groups gradually enter the public vision and the grass-roots level for rural revitalization, but they are facing many tests and challenges in the process of integration with and development of the local community. Based on the perspective of others and id, this paper expounds the problems of cadres sent from top level and local youth’s reconstruction efforts in the process of rural revitalization, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures to make suggestions for rural revitalization. It is helpful to deepen the rural revitalization, expand its depth and breadth, and jointly build beautiful villages as well asa beautiful China.
