摘要
某汽油发动机在耐久试验过程中出现平衡轴壳体开裂现象,经过仿真分析及样件质量排查,发现平衡轴壳体无外衬限位结构,外衬脱出导致平衡轴发生偏摆,将壳体打裂。通过优化壳体外衬限位结构,限制外衬脱出。改进后样件通过了耐久性试验,解决了壳体开裂问题。
The phenomenon of balance shaft shell failure occurred at a gasoline engine in the durability test. Through the simulation analysis and part quality check, it’s found that the balance shaft shell has no outer lining limiting structure. Extrusion of the outer lining caused the balance shaft to yaw, cracking the balance shaft shell. By optimizing the outer lining limit structure of the shell, the outer lining extrusion is limited. Improved sample has passed the durability test and the problem was solved.
