摘要 新标准GB/T 18386.1-2021《电动汽车能量消耗量和续驶里程试验方法 第1部分:轻型汽车》中采用中国行驶工况对电动汽车续驶里程和能量消耗量进行测试评价。标准规定了缩短法和常规法两种测试方法,测试中需采集车辆实时放电量以计算各个中国工况下电量权重,通过权重计算获得车辆续驶里程测试结果。研究表明常规法计算结果和车辆实际行驶距离偏差较小,缩短法计算结果偏差相对较大。基于底盘测功机和环境舱设备,对两种方法的加权计算方法进行研究,从而形成完整测试流程,并对两种不同方法的测试结果进行比较,为今后的相关研究奠定基础。 The new standard GB/T 18386.1-2021 Test Methods for Energy Consumption and Driving Range of Electric Vehicles--Part 1: Light Vehicles uses Chinese driving conditions to test and evaluate the driving range and energy consumption of electric vehicles. The standard stipulates two test methods,namely the shortened method and the conventional method. During the test, the real-time discharge quantity of the vehicle shall be collected to calculate the weight of the electric quantity under each Working condition in China, and the test results of the vehicle driving range can be obtained through the weight calculation. The results show that the deviation between the conventional method and the actual driving distance is small, while the deviation between the shortened method and the actual driving distance is relatively large. Based on chassis dynamometer and environmental chamber equipment, this study studied the weighted calculation method of the two methods, so as to form a complete test process, and compared the test results of the two different methods, laying a foundation for future related research.
