燃油清净增效剂的理化指标评价测试研究

摘要 依据我国现行燃油标准GB 17930—2016车用汽油、GB 18351—2017车用乙醇汽油(E10)及GB 19147—2016车用柴油的要求,进行了燃油清净增效剂的理化指标评价测试研究,即燃油清净增效剂按照推荐用量添加到满足国标的基准燃油中后,燃油的各项理化指标仍满足对应燃油标准要求。分别选取了目前市售的9种汽油清净增效剂和9种柴油清净增效剂进行了理化指标测试评价。结果显示,多数燃油清净增效剂添加进基准燃油后,满足对应燃油标准要求,进行的燃油清净增效剂的理化指标评价测试研究对清净增效剂的推广使用提供了依据。 Based on the requirements of national current fuel standards GB 17930—2016 "Automotive Gasoline", GB 18351—2017 "Ethanol Gasoline for Vehicles" and GB 19147—2016 "Automotive Diesel",the evaluation test of physical and chemical indicators of fuel detergent synergist was carried out. After the fuel detergent synergist is added to the benchmark fuel that meets the national standard according to the recommended amount, the physical and chemical index of the fuel still meet the requirements of the corresponding fuel standard. This paper selected 9 gasoline detergent synergists and 9 diesel detergent synergists currently on the market to conduct physical and chemical index tests and evaluations. The results show that most of the detergent synergists can meet the requirements of the corresponding fuel standards after being added to the reference fuel. The evaluation and testing of the physical and chemical indicators of the detergent synergists in this paper provides a basis for the popularization and use of the detergent synergists.
