丰城市健康体检人群骨密度分析

Analysis of the Bone Mineral Density of Fengcheng Residents Having Heath Examination

目的:了解丰城地区健康体检人群骨密度的特点,分析骨密度的变化规律,提高对本地区人群骨质疏松症的预防和诊断。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年12月在丰城市人民医院进行健康体检的人群,排除继发性骨质疏松症及其他影响骨代谢的因素,共711名。其中男性475名,女性236名。年龄30-80岁,平均年龄58.8±11.4岁,按性别及年龄每10年一组。采用GE公司生产的X线骨密度仪测量受试者腰椎1-4、股骨颈及全髋的骨密度并用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行分析。结果:(1)相同年龄组男性骨密度高于女性,60岁以后差异显著。(2)女性骨密度在60岁以后明显下降,其中腰椎骨密度下降最快。男性骨密度在70岁以后明显下降,以髋部骨密度下降最快。结论:年龄是骨质疏松的重要危险因素,老年人应重视骨密度检查,积极防治骨质疏松。

Objective:To observe the characteristics of bone mineral density(BMD)and analyze the variation of bone mineral density of Fengcheng residents to improve the prevention and diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 711 people having health examination in Fengcheng People’s hospital were selected from January 2020 to December 2021,excluding secondary osteoporosis and other factors affecting bone metabolism.There were 475 males and 236 females.The cases were aged from 30 to 80 years old, and the average age was 58.8±11.4 years.GE’s dual-X-ray bone density instrument was used to measure the BMD of lumbar spine 1-4,femoral neck, and total hip of the subjects and IBM SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results:(1) The BMD of males was higher than females in the same age group.The difference was significant over 60 years old.(2) The BMD of female decline acceleratively after 60 years old and the fastest decline was lumbar spine BMD.The BMD of male declined acceleratively after 70 years old and the fastest decline was the hip BMD.Conclusion:Age is the important risk factor of osteoporosis.The elderly should pay attention to bone mineral density examination to actively prevent and treat osteoporosis.
