菌酶协同发酵饲料在畜牧业中的应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 我国农业农村部发布的禁抗令促进我国饲料添加剂发展趋势向开发生物饲料、绿色环保替抗饲料转变。其中,菌酶协同发酵饲料因兼具酶解和发酵特点,具有提高养殖动物生长性能、降解抗营养因子含量、提高饲料利用率等多方面优势,契合绿色可持续发展方向。文章结合菌酶协同发酵饲料现有研究和应用,概述菌酶协同工艺及其优势,重点综述菌酶协同发酵饲料在畜牧养殖中的应用,以期为今后养殖业中菌酶协同发酵饲料的广泛应用提供参考。 The prohibition order issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs promotes the development trend of feed additive to develop biological feed, green environmental protection instead of anti-feed. Among them, because of the characteristics of both enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation, bacteria and enzyme co-fermented feed has many advantages,such as improving the growth performance of breeding animals, degrading the content of anti-nutritive factors and improving the feed utilization rate, which fits the direction of green and sustainable development. Combined with the existing research and application of bacteria-enzyme co-fermented feed, the paper summarizes the technology and advantages of bacteria-enzyme co-fermented feed, and focuses on the application of bacteria-enzyme co-fermented feed in animal husbandry, in order to provide reference for the extensive application of bacteria-enzyme co-fermented feed in the future aquaculture industry.
