中华鳖营养与饵料学研究进展

Advances in nutrition and feed science of Chinese soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis)

中华鳖(Trionyx sinensis)是我国名特优水产养殖品种之一。近年来,随着中华鳖的养殖面积与养殖产量逐渐增加,其饵料需求量也随之提高。目前,由于中华鳖饵料质量参差不齐,导致中华鳖生长性能、抗病力等方面表现差异较大。文章总结中华鳖对蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质等营养元素的需求,并对中华鳖饵料添加剂的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为后续中华鳖营养学的深入研究提供参考。

Chinese soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis) is one of the best aquaculture species in China. In recent years,the breeding area and production of Trionyx sinensis have gradually increased, and the demand for its bait has also increased. At present, due to the uneven quality of the turtle’s diet, the growth performance and disease resistance of the turtle are of large differences. The paper summarized the requirements of turtle for protein, amino acid, fat, carbohydrate,vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, and reviewed the research progress of turtle feed additives, with a view to provide reference for the follow-up in-depth study of Trionyx sinensis nutrition.
