摘要
随着移动互联网的普及,线上化已经改变了人们的生活和消费方式,线上线下一体化需求变得越来越迫切。区别于线下网点的面对面交互办理模式,线上订单业务办理涉及环节多,为保证各环节高效协同,提升客户感知,建立业务全流程端到端的运营效能分析非常重要。文章通过业务全流程端到端分析省分运营情况,客观、量化订单全流程数据,借助大数据手段进入深入分析,找出影响省分交付能力的核心原因,并协助省分进行解决,从而在一定程度上提升省分交付能力。
With the popularity of mobile internet,online has changed people’s life and consumption,online and offline integration has become more and more urgent.Different from the face-to-face interactive processing mode of offline outlets,online order processing involves many links,in order to ensure the efficient coordination of all links,improve customer perception,it is important to establish an end-to-end operational performance analysis of the entire business process.This paper analyzes the provincial operation from end to end through the whole business process,objectively and quantitatively analyzes the whole order process data,and by means of big data,finds out the core reasons that affect the provincial delivery capacity,and to assist the provinces to solve,to a certain extent,so as to enhance the delivery capacity of the provinces.
